Applying to Sydney Design School is the first step into a hands-on creative career, where you'll learn by doing rather than just studying. From your very first class, you'll be working on real projects, developing a portfolio, and building the practical skills that design studios are actually looking for.

Where will I live while studying in Sydney?
We don’t arrange accommodation directly, but our Guide to Living in Sydney covers share housing, student accommodation and homestay options to help you find your feet before you arrive.
When is the best time to apply?
We recommend that you start the application process 2-3 months prior to a start date. On campus January fills early as this is our busiest intake. With our virtual studio option, we recommend that you apply at least a month prior as we close enrolment one week before a course starts to enable us to send your design kit.
For our online courses with Interior Design Online you can enrol and start anytime.
