Ready to take the next step? This is your guide to applying as an international student. Follow our simple step-by-step process, with support from our team at every stage, from your first enquiry through to enrolment.
How to apply
From checking your eligibility to receiving your Confirmation of Enrolment, here’s exactly what to expect, and exactly what we’ll need from you, every step of the way.

Check your eligibility
- You will need to be over 18 years of age.
- Students from the UK (excluding British National passports), USA, Canada, NZ and Ireland need a strong command of English. Students from all other countries need an IELTS score of at least 6, or an equivalent test result. Your Course Advisor will also assess your English during your video interview.
- You will need a laptop to complete your course.
- Check your eligibility for an Australian student visa, which can take 2 to 6 months to process. If you’re joining us from New Zealand, no visa is required.
- We can only process applications from Assessment Level 1 and 2 countries, not Level 3. Assessment levels are subject to change, so please contact us to confirm your eligibility.

Complete your application form
Download the application form, fill in the fields, save and print it so you can add your personal signature. Scan your completed form and send it to us along with a certified copy of your passport, your English language test result, and any other supporting documents.

Get your confirmation email
You will receive an email confirming your application has been received. Our team will assess your application and eligibility, and arrange a video interview to discuss it further.

Receive your Letter of Offer
We respond within 5 working days of your video interview to let you know whether your application has been successful. If you have been accepted, you will receive a Letter of Offer.

Secure your place
Sign your Letter of Offer and email it back to us. At this stage you will pay a deposit of AUD $2,490 to secure your place. If you are unable to obtain a student visa, your deposit is 95% refunded.

Complete your application form
Download the application form, fill in the fields, save and print it so you can add your personal signature. Scan your completed form and send it to us along with a certified copy of your passport, your English language test result, and any other supporting documents.

Start studying
Once you have received your student visa, email us a copy of your visa grant notice and your Overseas Student Health Cover. Once we’ve reviewed your documents, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to start studying with us.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the application process take?
We respond within 5 working days of your video interview, and again within 5 working days of receiving your deposit. Your student visa can then take 2 to 6 months to process, so it pays to apply early.
What documents do I need to apply?
You will need a completed and signed application form, a certified copy of your passport, evidence of your English language proficiency, and any other supporting documents requested in your application form.
What happens if my student visa is refused?
If you are unable to obtain an international student visa, your deposit is 95% refunded, in line with our International Refund Policy.

What happens after I pay my deposit?
Your Confirmation of Enrolment is sent within 5 working days of your deposit being received. You will need this document to apply for your student visa and Overseas Student Health Cover.
Am I an international student if I live in New Zealand?
No. If you’re joining us from New Zealand, you’re categorised as a domestic student, no student visa is required, and you’ll apply using our domestic application form instead of this international process.
