- I have discussed my options with the school’s Student Registrar or General Manager prior to withdrawing
- I agree to be bound by the policies of Sydney Design School as amended from time to time and agree to pay all fees, levies and charges directly arising from my enrolment for units of study commenced if the census date has passed
- I understand that if I am on an Ezidebit instalment plan that my payments will continue if there is a balance owing on the current terms units fees until they are paid in full. Fees paid in excess of the current terms units fees will be refunded.
- I understand that any information supplied by me in relation to my enrolment will be kept in confidence for use within Sydney Design School for administrative purposes, and will only be disclosed to external organisations where required by a legislative or regulatory authority
