Grad night at SDS

Last week we celebrated the graduation of an impressive group of students from our Certificate IV in Interior Decoration, and Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration courses.

The graduation event was a fun night and the presentation and standard of the portfolios was outstanding. The evening marked the end of the school year and we celebrated the achievements of all the students, with special acknowledgement to the cream of the crop.

Colour Society of Australia Award

Awarded to the best Diploma student pair who have shown outstanding ability in both exterior and interior colour schemes and finishes on their hospitality project.

Colour Society of Australia Award – Coco Tully and Hannah Matolcsy.

Client’s Choice

Awarded to one student from each of the Certificate IV classes for their Major Residential Project. Students are challenged with a real brief and they design and entire residential scheme, which is presented during a live critique.

Client’s Choice Awards – Jessica Omar, Linda Jays, Kelly Goodman and Daniel Bemrose.

Colour & Finishes Award

Awarded to the best Diploma student pair who have shown outstanding ability in both exterior and interior colour schemes and finishes on their hospitality project.

The award recognises impressive use of colour by Diploma students.
